Folk and love songs by two of the most popular Czech composers of the Romantic era are performed by Nicky Spence and Václava Krejčí Housková with the masterful accompaniment of Julius Drake.

Nicky Spence's "voice of real distinction" (The Daily Telegraph) sees him perform to great acclaim in both recital and opera. His recent performances of Janáček at both The Royal Opera House and La Monnaie reaped rave reviews.
